Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Graduate from our Agent Launch program. Complete our comprehensive 90-day launch program (boot camp) to develop the skills needed to thrive as a Realtor. During this period, the average new agent closes or has pending 3 transactions; seasoned agents up to 9. Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and get them accepted. Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation and offer system. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients search criteria. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients. Hands-on training to learn the ins and outs of real estate. Lead generation: minimum of 10 hours per week, make appointments, and convert. Commit to showing up and working hard; you will receive scripts and training to guide your actions. Conduct eight open houses monthly; we support balance with a weekend off each month. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology; use our data-entry system to log calls and appointments. Qualifications
Holds a valid Real Estate License People-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to commit to the office at least four days a week Capable of maintaining a positive and happy demeanor Comfortable spending extended periods driving Skilled at analyzing clients' needs and matching them with suitable homes Open to learning and coachable Ambitious with a track record of success High school graduate Team player with at least one year of real estate sales experience (must be licensed) Organized with strong time management skills Willingness to learn and implement scripts and dialogues About our team
