Thrive Communities . Salary: $22 - $25 per hour Schedule: Full-time; Thursday - Monday; 9am - 6pm Multi-site role floating between two offices. Medical benefits effective 1st of the month following your start date. This is a full-time position with Thrive Communities, a leader in boutique, at-scale property management and community-building. Responsibilities Leasing Consultant Purpose:

Greet prospects, professionally present community features and benefits, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons in compliance with Thrives values, policies, procedures, and applicable housing laws. Leasing Consultant Job Responsibilities:

Marketing/Leasing maintain a professional, friendly leasing office, inspect models and market-ready vacancies, adhere to policies and laws, handle inquiries, qualify prospects, stay aware of local market trends, maintain lease closing ratios, manage CRM entries, and advertise on online sites. Administrative complete lease applications, verify approvals, prepare lease paperwork, follow up with prospects, inspect property, manage supplies, organize records, attend trainings; perform other duties as assigned.

Complete all lease paperwork, assist with applications, communicate with prospects, and perform follow-up. Physical presence

Stand/walk, type and use computer, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, climb stairs, and other routine tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Leasing experience in multi-family housing preferred. National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred. Customer service experience strongly desired. Yardi/CRM and onsite experience preferred.

Excellent customer service, sales and closing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and conflict resolution; respect for diverse backgrounds; reliability and teamwork; strong time management and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; English literacy.
