Leasing Consultant - The Bower Apartments, Lynnwood, WA. Full-time position with schedule details below. This role focuses on meeting leasing goals, greeting prospects, presenting community features, and securing lease agreements in accordance with Thrive values and applicable laws. Responsibilities

Marketing/Leasing: Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office; inspect models and market-ready vacancies daily; ensure cleanliness and staging; conduct business in accordance with Thrive policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, etc.). Prospect interactions: Answer incoming calls, greet prospective residents, qualify needs, and present communities and apartments with features and benefits. Market awareness: Monitor local market conditions and trends; contribute ideas for marketing, property improvements, and resident satisfaction; may conduct market surveys. Sales performance: Maintain lease closing ratios appropriate for the property and submarket; adhere to a marketing plan; promote property through online and offline channels; host open houses and events to meet occupancy goals; collaborate on rents and concessions based on market conditions. Administrative: Complete lease applications and related paperwork; verify applications; communicate results; maintain records, file reports, and organize paperwork; follow up with prospects and manage move-ins/move-outs; assist with supplies and reports as requested. Other duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, or Regional Manager. Qualifications & Skills

Leasing experience in multi-family housing strongly preferred. National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred. Customer service experience strongly desired. Yardi/CRM and onsite experience preferred. Excellent customer service, sales, and closing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in English (written and spoken). Proactive problem solver with the ability to follow policies, guidelines, and fair housing laws; willingness to learn and grow; positive attitude. Professional interaction with residents, vendors, and leadership; strong attention to sales and marketing; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or move for extended periods; estimated 70% on feet, 30% at a desk. Ability to type, write, and grasp; occasional bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently (20-40 lbs occasional). May work at a site under development; follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required; site may have uneven terrain. Benefits
