Client Solution Architects . Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a DTT Lead to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN. Description CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting the defense and federal sectors with experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award. How Role Will Make An Impact Manage DTT of six WfFs supported simultaneously, deployable as a WfF-specific DTT or multi-function team to fit specific unit training needs. Support live and constructive mission command training. Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensure TUCs are provided with the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios. Maintain DTT flexibility in team composition to support low-density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc. Work with the TUC to modify OPORDs or scenarios to meet unit needs and provide realistic training events. Requirements Active Secret Clearance. Bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years of military or DoD experience. Experience managing and scheduling Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities. Ability to coordinate training schedules regionally and support surge requirements. Ability to plan and produce training reports and maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar. Act as a key leader in the absence of the SM and coordinate with senior operations staff.
