Grants Finance Manager oversees all financial aspects of the organization’s grants portfolio, ensuring compliance, transparency, and effective use of funding. Key Responsibilities
Monitor grant budgets, spending, and allocations to meet funding guidelines Compile and submit financial reports to local, state, and federal agencies Collaborate with program leadership to align financial practices with service goals Assist in budget development and contribute to grant applications and renewals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA a plus) 5+ years of nonprofit finance or grants management experience Knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting principles, and government grant regulations Proficiency with Excel and financial management systems Benefits
