In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional university talent. Your mission will involve crafting a world-class hiring experience, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ultimately building a strong talent pipeline for our innovative technology organization. If you are enthusiastic about creative campus recruiting and hold yourself accountable for delivery outcomes, you will fit perfectly in this role. Key Responsibilities
You will: Discover and engage with high-potential candidates who are in demand from various organizations. Collaborate effectively within a team to enhance candidate experiences. Manage the campus recruiting lifecycle by organizing on-campus events and driving candidate pipelines. Strengthen Atlassian's branding as an employer of choice. Facilitate interviewer debrief sessions and ensure all stakeholders align on candidate assessments. Gain a comprehensive understanding of each business area and promote related opportunities to students for both Graduate and Internship programs. Design and implement innovative recruiting initiatives and global programs to enhance our hiring strategies. Qualifications
Proven ability to engage and secure in-demand students who may have multiple offers. Strong teamwork orientation and readiness to contribute to every aspect of the candidate journey. Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and planning capabilities. Confidence in representing Atlassian positively, showcasing our values and career opportunities. Minimum 4 years of experience in Campus, Early Career, or University Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the year. Desirable Qualifications
Background in high-volume technology and software-focused campus recruitment. Experience in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies. Familiarity with ATS and university job board platforms. Prior experience in talent enablement or campus operations. Expertise in sourcing and engaging hard-to-find candidates. Team Values

At Atlassian, we strive for equitable compensation practices. For this role, the base salary varies based on geographic zones within the United States, ranging as follows: Zone A: $124,200 - $162,150 Zone B: $112,500 - $146,875 Zone C: $103,500 - $135,125 This position also provides access to various benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity opportunities.
