Job Summary: The Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and throughout the year, based on organizational needs. This role partners closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement training strategies aimed at enhancing clinical competencies and improving service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Leading scheduled clinical staffing and providing on-demand clinical consultations Offering direction and oversight in alignment with clinical policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements Providing clinical supervision (if independently licensed) to assigned clinical staff Supporting staff during on-call shifts as needed Qualifications: Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Licensed at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT) 13 years of experience in behavioral health or a related setting is preferred but not required Prior experience handling behavioral or medical crisis situations is a plus Why Join Us?
