For additional information, visit www.sundyne.com. Job Responsibilities Assembles a variety of precision machine components consisting of industrial pumps, gearboxes, blowers and compressors

Must be able to build and test all machines sold as part of the Sundyne portfolio of products

Executes all setup and unit testing. Monitors, calculates and records test data per established engineering, customer and quality specifications. Must verify the calibration of all test equipment

Must interface with engineering and customers, including 3rd party inspectors

Perform all required machine TPM on unit test stands

Utilizes safe working habits so as not to endanger self, others, equipment or property

Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner to minimize unsafe conditions and maximize efficiency

Strives to maintain high personal productivity level and performs other related duties as assigned, as well as training other employees when necessary

Be willing to work necessary OT to meet shipping and customer deadlines

Skill & Abilities

3-7 years of related experience

Ability to read and interpret machine drawings to verify part conformance when issues arise

Proficient in using precise measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges

Understand instrumentation use and calibration of all test stand equipment

Ability to follow written instructions, procedures and IOMs

Mathematical skills in algebraic functions required

Strong problem-solving abilities

Must be able to work in a cross functional team environment across all departments

Preferred

Trade school, industrial or mechanical background

Centrifugal pump and compressor experience
