Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls with professionalism and efficiency Accurately document service calls and repairs using ServiceTitan software Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations and appliance safety standards Communicate clearly with customers about issues, proposed solutions, and system performance recommendations Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service technician experience EPA 608 universal certification required Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Physically able to perform the demands of the role Willingness to work nights and/or weekends Compensation: $50,000 $100,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
