ServiceNow CMDB Architect

We are seeking a skilled architect to design solutions that meet complex business needs, aligning technologies within the CSDM framework for our financial client. The role involves: Designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that fulfill business requirements and follow industry best practices. Ensuring consistency and continuity in solution design and processes across the CMDB and related processes. Creating architecture templates and documenting CMDB platform design in collaboration with the CMDB Class Manager. Reviewing and approving administrator credentials and access rights to the CM infrastructure. Managing the integration of the CMDB with external data sources like SCCM and JAMF. Supporting the development and maintenance of CM and Discovery governance processes, procedures, and policies. Seniority level
