Travel Assignment Details: Work under a
team model
(1 RN + 2 CST per team). Scheduled days:
Friday-Monday, every other weekend . On-call: After-shift hours Friday-Sunday (on scheduled weeks). Floating: May float to the OR if CVOR volume is low. Travel pairs/trios are welcome. Responsibilities: Provide safe, efficient, and therapeutic nursing care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, CSTs, and other team members in a fast-paced CVOR environment. Perform circulating and scrub duties (first scrub experience a plus). Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR. Adhere to Prisma Health's floating policy and assist in qualified units if required. Requirements: Active
South Carolina RN license
or
compact license
(locals accepted if >30 miles away). 2+ years of recent CVOR experience
(required). Certifications:
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), CNOR preferred. Must have
travel experience
and flexibility to float. EPIC EMR experience (minimum 1 year). Willingness to share Social Security Number for compliance at time of submittal. Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics; average
