Learning and Development Engineering Training and Support
team, this role is essential to the smooth execution of academic programming, student engagement, university coordination, and operational logistics across multiple program cycles. The associate plays a key role in managing course schedules, registration, advising, surveys, capstone projects, and reportingeach designed to support learner success and deliver measurable business value. Seeking a highly organized and personable professional to support the

Typical Day in the Role: This is a non-cookie-cutter role that requires flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills. The associate will: Interface daily with employees enrolled in the program via Slack, email, and in-person Provide guidance on admissions, registration, academic planning, and university requirements Maintain and update the Master Course Schedule, including long-term planning and coordination with 11 university partners Submit course requests and manage quarterly registration cycles (4x/year), including leading logistics for the Spring Registration Event Respond to daily inquiries and support learner success through personalized advising Manage student records, approvals, and active enrollment lists Assist with internal metrics, surveys, and billing data Use SharePoint and Power BI to manage dashboards, reporting, and operational data Collaborate closely with two other program managers on the team Key Responsibilities
Course Planning & Registration
Maintain long-term course schedules and coordinate offerings with universities Build and revise course catalogs and registration forms Manage registration logistics and eligibility records Support new program launches and academic policy documentation Learner Engagement & Advising
Provide daily support and personalized advising to employees in the program Guide learners through academic milestones and university requirements Track inquiries and compile service metrics Data & Reporting
Assist with reporting on program metrics, billing data, and operational performance Maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and SharePoint Finance Coordination
Reconcile registration data for invoice processing Forecast expenses and resolve billing issues in collaboration with Global Talent Finance Graduation & Recognition
Coordinate logistics and communications for graduation events Compile graduate data and support recognition efforts Student Records & Approvals
Manage student approvals and maintain accurate records Reconcile registration lists and ensure documentation integrity Marketing & Communications
Host informational sessions and develop promotional content Maintain program visibility across internal platforms Alumni Engagement
Maintain alumni database and support engagement activities Conduct post-graduation surveys and track feedback Candidate Value Proposition: Youll work in a collaborative environment, engage with top universities, and help shape the future of technical education within a global organization. Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Experience:

of professional experience, ideally in program coordination, operations, or education administration Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skillspersonable, approachable, and engaging Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
