Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As an early careers talent acquisition coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process for college graduates and interns. You will manage the expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews. Coordinate availability for video, phone, and MS Teams interviews. Reschedule interviews as needed to accommodate all parties. Prioritize incoming requests against current workload to ensure timely responses. Maintain prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Essential Skills
Experience in talent acquisition and interview scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proven effective communication and organizational skills. Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. At least 2 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or a related position. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Experience with SmartRecruiters or any other Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in either Atlanta or Austin, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Monday and Friday. The role involves coordinating interviews across various North American time zones, and the workload is particularly high from September through April. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing opportunities for extension or conversion. Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Austin, Texas. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
