Recruiter for Early Career Talent ! At Whatnot, we're revolutionizing e-commerce as the largest livestream shopping platform across North America and Europe, where community and commerce converge. We're on an exciting journey and looking for innovative minds to help us grow. Our fully remote team, with hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, is building the future of online marketplaces. As a Recruiter for Early Career Talent, you will: Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments, including Engineering, Sales, and Operations, to develop effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top early career candidates. Oversee the complete recruitment process from creating compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, facilitating offers, and managing intern programs. Act as a Whatnot brand ambassador at university and early career events. Incorporate candidate feedback to refine and enhance the early talent recruiting process. Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates by understanding their goals and showcasing Whatnot's opportunities. Manage multiple roles simultaneously, handling the recruitment pipeline for 5-10 openings at a time. Foster an inclusive hiring environment by utilizing diverse recruitment methods and promoting diversity within the team. About You: We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and embodies a growth mindset and a drive for high impact. You have 3+ years of full-cycle early career recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth startups or related high-volume recruiting environments. Your background includes recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with a knack for developing innovative outreach strategies. You are experienced in global recruitment and enjoy the challenge of finding talent in new markets. As a creative problem solver, you're not afraid to think outside the box to improve recruitment processes. You have a strong sense of ownership and agility, contributing significantly to our rapid growth. Your skills in crafting exceptional candidate experiences reflect our culture and values at every step. You are comfortable with data, tracking key metrics to inform strategies and improve outcomes.
