Tampa, FL or Dallas - Coppell, TX (Choose Any 1) Hybrid
3 days Onsite & 2 days Remote Duration
6 Months (Contract to Hire) Skills & Experience Needed
2-4 years HRIS or related experience Oracle HCM experience Responsibilities
Data entry responsibilities, including importing, cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data; interface with up- and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to ensure platform configuration aligns with business needs Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquiries via various hotlines and mailboxes Assist end users with system functionality and features Support HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation cycles Develop, deliver and maintain training for end-users and managers Develop and maintain procedural documentation reflecting business processes Drive self-service adoption by automating report and dashboard delivery Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementations and future releases Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation Desired Skills and Experience
