Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an

HRIS Analyst

for a

right to hire

assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in

Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX . Responsibilities Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquires via various hotlines and mailboxes Assist end users with system functionality and features Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc. Develop, deliver and maintain training for end-users, managers and ins Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes Drive the organization to self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation

Qualifications

Experience: 2-4 years HRIS or related experience
