ENERCON Federal Services Group is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Associate Manager or Mechanical Engineering Manager. In this role, your leadership will drive project success and help achieve overall business goals. This position can be located in one of the following locations: Kennesaw, GA Dallas, TX FT Worth, TX Naperville, IL Aiken, SC Overland Park, KS Kennewick, WA Responsibilities
Leadership & Motivation: Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON\'s excellence standards Collaboration & Coordination: Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on design projects Communication: Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles Design & Estimating: Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates Procurement & Specifications: Develop mechanical system procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment Technical Expertise: Perform mechanical, HVAC, hydraulic, piping system calculations and solve complex technical problems Field Engagement: Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training in a related role Associate Manager: Minimum of 3 years of design engineering experience in Nuclear, Federal, DOE, Industrial or power generation and EIT; 5 years of experience preferred Manager: Minimum of 6 years of design engineering experience with 2 years of leadership and professional engineering license Writing, presentation and communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel Associate Managers will be eligible for a salary range of $90,000 to $135,000, while Managers will be eligible for a salary range of $100,000 to $180,000.
