What you'll do
Own all financial operations across both companies: AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance. Manage monthly close and consolidated financial reporting to leadership. Lead forecasting and FP&A: budgets, cash flow projections, scenario planning, and variance analysis. Develop and track key metrics (SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC/LTV, plus traditional KPIs for the sister business). Partner with leadership on financial strategy, fundraising prep, and resource allocation. Implement and improve finance systems, processes, and controls for scale. Who you are
3-5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience. Skilled in financial reporting and FP&A with exposure to SaaS metrics. Strong technical background in Excel, modeling, and accounting software. Comfortable managing across multiple business entities. Detail-oriented but also strategic-able to zoom out for the big picture. Hungry, humble, and eager to help two companies grow faster. Your first 60 days (you'll be trained, so come curious):
Learn both companies' financial systems, processes, and revenue models. Deliver the first consolidated reporting package across both entities. Build a rolling 12-month forecast model with cash flow scenarios. Identify 2-3 areas where automation or process change could reduce errors or save time. Present findings and a roadmap to the leadership team. Nice-to-have (not required):
Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth businesses. Familiarity with venture-backed company reporting. Experience leading small finance teams or mentoring junior accountants. Why join
