Director of Nursing
for an exciting job in
Franklin, NH. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, fostering a patient-centered care environment. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized care plans. Conduct staff performance evaluations, facilitate training, and support professional growth. Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Monitor patient outcomes and spearhead quality improvement initiatives. Maintain thorough and accurate medical and administrative records. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership/management role. In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards (state and federal). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role preferred.
