2nd shift only

position, with shifts focused on maintaining optimal equipment and facilities. You'll report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and often work independently, requiring you to be a proactive self-starter. Frequent overtime is available, adding to your earning potential.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, utilizing various testing and measuring tools Troubleshoot and maintain PLC controllers and other process equipment Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide maintenance tasks Adhere to ISO quality and safety protocols, contributing to a strong operational culture The background of the successful candidates must include the following:

2+ years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong electrical background Proven ability to work independently and as a self-starter A solid, stable work history (no job hoppers) A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within a commutable distance to the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area
