is seeking a skilled and experienced
Operating Engineer Master
to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical systems. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience or training in the operation or maintenance of large stationary engines or mechanical equipment.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: For those positions in which incumbents will be working with and handling refrigerants, possession of an appropriate EPA refrigerant recycling and recovery certification for technicians will be required (as required under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, 1990). Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, HVAC systems, generators, and other mechanical/electrical equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; develop maintenance schedules. Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot faults, and implement effective solutions. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain detailed records, logs, and reports of system performance and maintenance activities. Coordinate with other departments for continuous improvement and reliability. Position-specific details: Appointment Type:
Probational or Promotional. The chosen application will be required to take a probationary appointment.

Work Schedule:
Typically, work hours are 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Flexible work schedules may be available after meeting certain criteria and is dependent upon the position for which you are applying.
