Description The Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation is at the heart of Leidos' comprehensive suite of integrated security solutions for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure worldwide. This role involves travel to various customer sites both domestically and internationally as needed. SES consists of three divisions to meet diverse customer missions: Aviation Solutions Ports & Borders Global Services Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer support in the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Conduct thorough on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Identify equipment start-up issues and implement effective corrective actions. Handle both routine and ad-hoc work assignments following clear instructions. Adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Manage resources and coordinate repair activities to meet contractual service level agreements (SLAs). Respond promptly to customer needs in a 24/7 operational environment, including after-hours support as necessary. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU to update and manage work orders. Basic Qualifications: Experience in related trades (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training in these areas, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a field service role. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude and ability to work within a team. Willingness to travel at short notice is essential. Must successfully complete an extensive background check (TSA eQIP). Preferred Qualifications: Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Exceptional customer service skills capable of handling high-pressure situations. A self-motivated and dependable individual. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and push/pull 200 lbs, as well as move equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs with the appropriate assistance. Must maintain safety and adhere to precautions in challenging environments, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
