We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our SES team, where you will be instrumental in supporting our operations by ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Conduct on-site installations and rigorous testing of electronics to guarantee functionality. Diagnose equipment start-up issues promptly and implement corrective measures. Execute both ad-hoc and scheduled assignments in accordance with detailed instructions. Maintain strict adherence to all established guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols. Manage resources effectively, maintain schedules, and coordinate repair activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Respond to customer needs in a dynamic 24/7 environment, ensuring immediate attention during on-call situations. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for work order management and updates. Basic Qualifications: Two years of relevant experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields or equivalent military training. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to specialized software. A minimum of 2 years troubleshooting and field repair experience with electrical/electronic systems. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Must be proactive and responsive to all customer inquiries. Willingness to travel on short notice and undergo a comprehensive background check (TSA eQIP). Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects. Exceptional customer service aptitude, particularly in high-pressure situations. Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable individual. Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs. Capability to manage equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs with appropriate tools and safety measures. Experience in navigating challenging physical environments while adhering to safety protocols. *Salary Range for this position: $65,000 to $70,000.
