Child Care Information Specialist (Bi-Lingual)

Why You'll Love This Job: Competitive Pay: Earn $22/hr Impactful Work: Help families access crucial childcare assistance and resources Professional Growth: Gain AIRS (Alliance for Information & Referral Systems) Certification Training Included: Fully remote training to set you up for success (M-F, 10am-3pm) Work set-up: Hybrid after the conclusion of training 2 days per week on-site in Framingham What You'll Do: Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance/subsidy programs Provide accurate information on local childcare programs and providers Enter data accurately into various online systems, ensuring data integrity Requirements: Bi-lingual Required (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) plus English At least 1 year experience in: Health and Human Services or Call Center experience Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to get to Framingham, MA for a hybrid work set-up
