Volunteer Massage Therapist - Bring Comfort and Healing

Are you a licensed massage therapist looking for a way to give back? St. David’s Hospice & Family Care is seeking volunteer massage therapists to provide gentle, therapeutic touch to hospice patients in the Austin area. How Massage Therapy Helps Hospice Patients : Relieves muscle tension and pain Reduces stress and anxiety Promotes relaxation and better sleep Enhances overall well-being Your Role as a Volunteer : Offer light-touch or gentle massage techniques Create a soothing, healing experience Provide comfort and care to those in need We ask volunteers to commit 1-2 hours per week, with shifts assigned based on patient preference.
