Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution Licenses and Certifications
State licensure as a
Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Specialty certifications (such as geriatric or neurological) are advantageous but not mandatory Necessary Skills
