Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design bespoke therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and engagement in daily life activities. Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and well-rounded care. Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate both patients and their families on therapeutic practices that promote sustained progress in the home environment. Track and Revise Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their recovery trajectory. Qualifications

Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and well-supported. Licenses and Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. Required certification from

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Essential Skills
