We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team and provide critical support to three attorneys in a boutique legal office. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of administrative operations and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing legal practice. Key Responsibilities
Draft and format legal correspondence with precision Prepare, compile, and review estate planning and trust documents Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person Manage general office administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity Perform other duties as assigned to support attorneys and office needs Qualifications 5+ years
of legal administrative experience in
Trusts & Estates Proven ability to support
complex estate planning and trust administration High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in
