Description
Primary responsibilities and expectations of a person employed in this role include but are not limited to: efficiently and effectively managing the movement, distribution and staging of in-process materials for operations within our facility. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dedicated, enthusiastic, and efficient. This is a critical role in ensuring inventory is accurate, orders are fulfilled on time and operations can meet their goals.
This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor - Phoenix, AZ Division.
The present scope of operations at the Phoenix division covers approximately $75 million per year in shipments of custom heat exchangers, 100,000 sqft feet of manufacturing space and ~120 production workers. Our product mix is all work-center based manufacturing with some finished goods inventory. Product mix is mostly batch style production. The products fall into commercial and industrial sectors. Product size can vary from 10 to 10,000 pounds with quantities varying typically from 1 to 500.
The near-term future scope for our operations includes expanding into a new facility that features approximately 150,000 sqft of manufacturing space and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. We anticipate that annual shipments will double within the first several years of being in the new facility and the production worker headcount will increase by over 50%.

Essential Responsibilities
• Process material movements physically and systematically
• Complete cycle counts, shelf-life management and other material health functions
• Work with Quality to manage physical and systemic transactions for non-conforming material and MRB control
• Kit materials for assigned jobs
• Ensure materials have supporting documentation before moving
• Follow standard operating procedures of the business
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while handling materials
• Operate material handling equipment as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Resolve issues related to materials handling
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

Required- Passionate about materials management and supply chain management and promoting a culture that aligns with SRC company values High School Diploma (or work experience equivalent). Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time throughout shift. Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. Must be computer literate. Must be Able to Use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) Ability to excel in fast paced environments Desired -
