The Opportunity : The Offshore Energy (OE) Vessel Logistics Administrator is responsible for establishing, maintaining and performing all duties required to provide administrative support for OE vessels and project jobsites in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures. 25% - 50% travel required. Travel to North East US and Canada required.
Duties and Responsibilities : Establish the infrastructure of any temporary project sites Arrange for crew boat dock space and fuel if needed on the project Set up and manage temporary offices and laydown yard space at ports where the vessel will dock or load rock Procurement of small scale local purchases as needed for project site/vessel Arrange transportation for crewmembers to and from the jobsite Arrange lodging for site personnel and crewmembers as necessary Arrange shipping manifests for incoming and outgoing shipments to the vessel Receive, code, and process invoices into Company systems for approvals Assist with arranging of fuel for the vessel while at dock Other duties as assigned Professional qualifications:
B.S. degree in Business, Construction Management, or other relevant program, or 5 years equivalent experience Good communication skills Ability to prioritize duties and multi-task Strong computer skills Strong administrative and organizational skills
