As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at the Chick-fil-A Supply Chain Development Center, supporting operational efficiency through meticulous tracking, auditing, and coordination.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

High school diploma or GED 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience Forklift certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented with strong communication and follow-through What You'll Do as an Inventory Control Specialist:
Serve as the onsite inventory leader for the Supply Chain Development Center (SCDC) team Manage inventory and tracking for Supplier Quality and Safety (SQS) Team projects Coordinate product receiving, logging, and storage with internal teams Oversee chicken product ordering for various internal functions (e.g., Test Kitchen, Production Design) Assist with inventory-related tasks such as thawing products, product cuttings, and sample setup Execute projects involving disposals, donations, relocations, and consolidation of inventory Respond to inventory-related communications promptly Conduct internal audits, cycle counts, and inventory checks to maintain accuracy Handle the appropriate disposal or processing of damaged or expired products Collaborate with team members to promote inventory control best practices
