$78.57-$82.85/hr Job Summary: We are seeking a
Salesforce Developer
to design and deliver scalable solutions in the
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
environment. This role focuses on building advanced Salesforce applications that improve advisor productivity and customer engagement in
wealth management ,
insurance , and
distribution
settings. Ideal candidates will bring both technical depth and business process understanding across the financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom Salesforce solutions using
Apex ,
Lightning Web Components ,
Flows , and
OmniStudio Implement FSC features for client onboarding, policy servicing, and
advisor workflows Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define scalable business solutions Integrate Salesforce with external systems via
REST/SOAP APIs
and middleware (e.g., Informatica IDMC) Participate in
Agile development cycles , including unit testing and code reviews Maintain, document, and enhance existing Salesforce applications for security and performance Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively suggest platform enhancements Required Experience:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience 2+ years specifically with
Financial Services Cloud Experience supporting wealth management, insurance, or sales distribution domains Nice-to-Have Experience:
Work with
Einstein Analytics ,
Salesforce Shield , or
Experience Cloud Understanding of regulatory frameworks like
SEC ,
NAIC , or
Client standards Hands-on use of
Copado
or other CI/CD tools Required Skills:
Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio Salesforce security models and data architecture API integration and middleware experience (e.g., Informatica IDMC) Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, OmniStudio Developer Agile team collaboration and technical documentation skills Strong communication and problem-solving mindset Benefits:
