Description Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment strategies Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and everyday functionality Partner with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to drive optimal rehabilitation outcomes Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home management exercises Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, therapies, and progress in line with facility and regulatory standards Engage in interdisciplinary conferences and team rounds to promote coordinated, holistic care Education
A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or its equivalent Certifications
Valid state licensure as a
Physical Therapist Current CPR certification is preferred Additional certifications such as geriatric or neurological specialties are advantageous, but not mandatory Skills
Previous clinical experience is highly favorable Proficiency in treating patients with complex medical and mobility challenges Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with digital charting and clinical documentation systems is essential Benefits
