About The Role
We are currently seeking a
Regional Logistics Manager
to lead our transportation operations across the
Texas region . This is a key leadership position with
full P&L responsibility , focused on driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture.

As the
Regional Logistics Manager , you'll take ownership of all logistics functions in the region-leading people, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage the region's logistics budget and drive cost-saving initiatives Lead transportation operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and service excellence Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Manage dispatching, routing, and tracking of EMR vehicles and transportation assets Build strong relationships with 3PL contractors and specialized haulers, including leading contract negotiations Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of drivers and logistics staff Collaborate cross-functionally to align with broader company goals and initiatives Report on operational results, performance metrics, and budget outcomes to senior leadership Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies Required Skills & Experience:
Proven success managing full P&L and logistics operations Experience in implementing transportation efficiencies and cost controls Exceptional leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization Minimum of
3-5 years
of road transport management experience Previous experience managing transportation staff and assets across multiple sites Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Other Job Requirements:
Frequent travel throughout the region, including production environments
