base +
10 % sign‑on bonus

15 % annual bonus Key Responsibilities: Lead evening operations in the Level III NICU (49 beds) Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance Ensure compliance with Magnet standards, CCS requirements, and nursing best practices Mentor, coach, and evaluate the nursing team Partner with physicians, unit leadership, and clinical educators Address safety, quality, and patient experience goals on shift What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams Strong understanding of neonatal nursing quality metrics Excellent communication and interprofessional collaboration skills Commitment to continuous nursing improvement and patient care excellence
Requirements Current
RN license in California 5+ years NICU clinical nursing experience , including
3+ years in NICU leadership/management BSN or MSN , graduate of accredited nursing school RNC‑NIC certification
and
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Experience managing in a
Level III NICU
