Electrical Hardware Engineer - Automation Systems

Overview We are looking for an experienced

Electrical Hardware Engineer

to contribute to the design and development of advanced automation equipment. This role will focus on system architecture, electrical subsystem design, and the integration of next-generation technologies in areas such as motion control, sensing, and mixed-signal electronics.

Key Responsibilities Drive the electrical design of innovative automation platforms, from concept through deployment. Develop and optimize analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance applications. Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create schematics, and support hardware integration. Design and review test strategies, fixtures, and validation results to ensure reliability and performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Support prototype builds, debugging, and system validation. Assist with readiness for manufacturing and smooth production launch. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). 4+ years of experience in hardware design and development, ideally within automation, robotics, or precision equipment. Strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design (power regulation, op-amps, comparators, switching regulators). Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium or equivalent). Solid understanding of system-level design and subsystem integration. Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DAQ systems, and power supplies. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and validate electrical systems. Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
