Join Graco as an Electrical Engineer for the Contractor Equipment Division in Rogers, MN. In this role, you will design and qualify electronics for industry-leading products used by contractors worldwide.

Build a versatile skillset by designing both hardware and software. Our electrical engineers write embedded firmware and control algorithms, design circuit boards, work with batteries and battery management, design user interfaces, iOS and Android Apps, work with marketing, manufacturing, end-user customers, and much more.

Graco is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of highly engineered systems for numerous industrial and commercial applications. This position supports our Contractor Equipment Division (CED) in Rogers, MN. At CED, our product line meets the needs of painting, striping, texturing, protective coating, fire proofing, spray foam and general contractors and includes all types of airless sprayers, line stripers, pressure washers, spray foam rigs and other proportioning solutions. What You Will do at Graco

Eagerness to learn and ask questions

Grow your engineering skills while learning to solve complex challenges

Participate in the creation and qualification of new designs, in addition to supporting existing designs

Learn the engineering tools needed for daily tasks

Learn to write embedded software in C/C++

Learn to design circuit boards in Altium Designer

Successfully complete assigned tasks in a reasonable time frame

Develop understanding of Graco products through hands-on use

Interact daily on-site with team, including lab work, project meetings, and design discussions

Provide A+ experience for co-workers and customers

What You Will Bring to Graco

BS degree in electrical or computer engineering

0-1 years of engineering experience

Developing strong technical aptitude

Able to understand and follow a plan

Interest in new product development

Problem solving and troubleshooting ability

Capable of making good design decisions

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. $64,200.00 - $112,400.00
