Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Help residents regain independence in daily living activities Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies Document resident progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and goals Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Strong clinical and organizational skills Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
