Job Description
Perform thorough assessments of patients, including all stages of growth and development from Pediatric to Geriatric. Provide competent clinical care supporting patient care delivery and team collaboration. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of the nursing process and patient progress, including patient education. Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to policies, procedures, and identifying areas for growth. Respond professionally and courteously to patients, families, and coworkers, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA. Follow safety protocols including Universal Protocol, patient identification, proper transfer techniques, and body mechanics. Assess and individualize patient care for surgical patients, considering diagnoses, procedures, and anesthesia types.

Education/Licenses Needed
