Job Description
Assess patients' growth and development, delivering appropriate care across Pediatric to Geriatric populations. Perform thorough, systematic assessments and support patient care activities supporting the team. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of the nursing process, patient progress, and education. Demonstrate professional practice responsibility, knowledge of policies, and identify growth areas. Respond professionally and courteously to patients, families, and co-workers, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Follow safety protocols including Universal Protocol and patient identification, utilizing safe transfer techniques. Show knowledge of surgical conditions, procedures, and equipment, and individualize patient care accordingly.
