Summary: Were seeking a skilled Change Management Contractor to support our organization in executing a comprehensive management strategy and establishing some foundational templates. This role will focus on the tactical aspects of change management, ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in changing management processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities: Discovery: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify changes in requirements and objectives Conduct change impact assessments and analysis to understand the implications of changes on various teams and processes Develop end-to-end user journey maps to visualize the impact of changes on user experiences Change Delivery Planning: Create and refine change delivery plans that outline the steps necessary for successful implementation Develop a key messaging hierarchy to ensure consistent communication throughout the change process Design engagement and communications strategies Polish and prepare change delivery assets for hotel-facing use, ensuring clarity and usability Establish success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress Manage beta tests and pilot programs to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments before full-scale implementation Post-Implementation Sustainability: Integrate sustainability considerations into changing management strategies to promote long-term viability and responsibility Provide adoption and stabilization support post-implementation to ensure sustained success and user satisfaction Payrate:
$39.00 - $40.00/hr.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in change management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct impact assessments and user journey mapping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro, and Asana Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$39.00 - $40.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
