National Delivery Lead @ Brooksource | Consulting, Recruitment AI Change Manager. Contract through EOY, with chance for Extension. Location: Atlanta, GA (with travel). $85/hr. Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Enablement: Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools; Deliver training, workshops, and coaching sessions across user groups; Identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows and enhance productivity Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive AI-enabled transformation; Build stakeholder engagement plans to align leadership and employees; Address resistance and promote a culture of innovation and experimentation; Conduct assessments to identify knowledge, process, or adoption gaps; Track success using KPIs, surveys, and usage data; Partner with IT and business leaders to refine AI use cases Coaching & Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor and AI Coach for employees, managers, and executives; Translate complex AI capabilities into easy-to-understand use cases; Champion success stories and communicate the benefits of AI Qualifications
5+ years in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development, or Business Process Improvement Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and emerging AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience creating and delivering training and adoption programs Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact Preferred
Background in automation, AI strategy, or IT enablement Experience leading large-scale cultural or behavioral change Note
