About the Role Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our dynamic global team. Reporting to the EMEA Total Rewards Manager, you will be a key expert in compensation and benefits across the EMEA region, including the UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, UAE, and Sweden. What You'll Do: Benefits Manage a range of benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, and more. Lead pre-renewal activities with benefits brokers and vendors. Maintain and enhance vendor relationships across the region. Identify and implement program improvements based on market trends and employee feedback. Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process, including communications and system updates. Collaborate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate benefits payments and reconciliations. Support new country expansions and address benefits-related inquiries from the People Experience team. Compensation Conduct market pricing and benchmarking activities. Provide compensation recommendations aligned with company pay guidelines to attract and retain top talent. Assist with the annual compensation cycle and pay gap reporting efforts. Desired Skills and Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a multi-country or global environment. Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on aligning business priorities. Strong project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
