We're seeking an experienced
EHS
Leader
to lead environmental, health & safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will have direct responsibility for the Lambertville, NJ site while setting the roadmap for safety and compliance across other manufacturing sites. You'll drive risk assessment, behavior-based safety, and continuous improvement while building a strong culture of accountability.
What You'll Do Lead and standardize EHS programs across all facilities. Partner with site leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Drive incident reporting accuracy, accident investigation, and corrective actions. Oversee training in critical areas (LOTO, hazard communication, confined space, contractor safety, etc.). Serve as the company representative with regulatory agencies. Ensure proper waste management, inspections, and emergency preparedness. Provide senior leadership with metrics, insights, and long-term safety strategies. What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive EHS leadership
in manufacturing with organizational transformation responsibility, impacting the business strategy. Bachelor's Degree
in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related field. An EHS Professional certification
(i.e., CSP, ASP, CIH, etc.) is plus! Proven track record
in developing and implementing safety systems and technologies that have delivered measurable short-term and long-term improvements in safety performance. Ability to travel as needed.
