is seeking a

Team Lead

for our

Non-Judicial Foreclosure

division in our

Peachtree Corners, GA

office location. The Non-Judicial Foreclosure Team Lead will assist the Non-Judicial Foreclosure Manager with coordinating foreclosure activities and processes for the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia with attorneys, reporting staff, and other departments within the Firm, as necessary, during the foreclosure process. The Foreclosure Team Lead will ensure that the actions of reporting team members are properly documented and recorded while maintaining and adhering to the state foreclosure timelines.

Requirements

Work closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions from referral to foreclosure sale Assigned a portfolio of real estate secured loans that are in foreclosure to ensure that the loans are properly and timely processed to proceed to sale Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements Database entry and tracking of legal documents throughout the review process Completion of client systems steps and email updates, to include daily monitoring of assigned workload and assigned team workload Communicate with attorneys to update files that are in the foreclosure process Responsible for special projects and reporting required by clients Ensure case management files are properly documented with actions taken, correspondence, and explanation of delay, if any Ensure the information contained within the legal documents is accurate and meets department quality assurance standards Create and image supporting documents used to validate the information contained within the legal document Monitors foreclosure loans and ensures that foreclosure actions on individual accounts are completed in a timely manner, according to client, state, and regulatory guidelines, minimizing financial losses to the company Required Skills and Abilities:

Leadership skills and experience in leading a team of 3-5 people Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology Excellent professional communication skills. Position requires interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors. Proficient with Microsoft Programs including Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel Well organized, effective time management, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Strong work and business ethics; Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a Team Player Effective problem-solving skills Attention to detail Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo Proficient with case management system mechanics (CaseAware and Perfect Practice), to include thorough documentation of files and completion of daily steps ABOUT MCMICHAEL TAYLOR GRAY, LLC
