Join a dedicated team as an Advanced Community Crisis Stabilization Supervisor overseeing staff who collaborate closely with clinical and community teams to deliver services at varying intensities aimed at maintaining clients within their communities. This leadership role includes supervision of the Mobile Crisis Unit and Co-Responders Team, ensuring quality crisis response through both in-person interventions and telehealth assessments. You will assist management in implementing policies and procedures that support staff and promote person-centered, trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of crisis response teams, conduct monthly staff rounding, monitor client service hours and documentation to maximize productivity, coordinate team schedules to ensure crisis coverage, support and mentor staff, participate in program planning, budgeting, hiring, training, and staff evaluations, and provide direct clinical services at appropriate billing levels. Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
Education:
Master's level clinician licensure required.
Experience:
Preferred experience includes managing staff, working with community mental health populations, and 1-3 years treating serious and persistent mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. Experience supervising clinicians post-licensure, integrating care with other providers, and working with diverse, high-risk populations is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT is preferred.
Requirements:
Licensed at the Master's level with all necessary certifications for outpatient therapy. Leadership or management training is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills including integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in communication and team leadership are essential. Ability to manage conflict, inspire teams, and lead process improvements is critical.
