YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, between
7:30 am and 5:00 pm .
YOUR DAY
As our HVAC Install Coordinator, you will efficiently coordinate daily schedules of our HVAC installers, ensuring that resources are optimally allocated to meet project needs. You will serve as a central point of contact, addressing scheduling issues and resolving problems as they arise. Additionally, you will evaluate technician performance, provide feedback and support to technicians to ensure continuous improvement, and assist in onboarding and training new HVAC installers. Your responsibilities also include tracking project progress, managing documentation using ServiceTitan, and collaborating with project managers to ensure that every installation project adheres to company standards. Your organized, methodical approach will support our continued operational success.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of related experience preferred Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and planning skills Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
