We are looking for a freelance Operations Assistant for a top jewelry company at their NYC offices!
Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and orders. ? Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders. Support basic quality control checks to ensure product standards. Secure deliveries and promptly pick up orders from vendors as needed. Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as required. Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned to support overall business needs. Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with top tier attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite. ??
