About Our Internship Program

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible) WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Laboratory testing and analytical breakdown of film samples. Interpret material analyses and communicate with Technical team to provide product specifications. Provide assistance for historical data analysis and comparison, trial monitoring, and quality testing. Travel to other Charter Next Generation plants or customers may be required. Other responsibilities may be assigned based upon company needs. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or other related fields Demonstrated ability to collaborate with people at all levels Ability to solve complex problems and think outside the box Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way Are our values a match for you?
