SECONDARY MARKETING ANALYST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for providing analytics for the Trade Desk, reconciling position reports, creating portfolio stratifications and dissecting the valuations. Team player with ability to take direction from all levels of Bank management, as well as drive key initiatives and department strategy independently. To ensure the traders have all the necessary information to make informed decisions, reporting on financials and regulatory requirements and to provide support for the front office as necessary.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create detailed analysis and reports
Manage data stratification requests
Reconcile position balances between risk management platform and necessary systems
Contribute to procedural documents and process work flows with Secondary Marketing group
Margin management for Secondary Marketing hedging
Help create presentations for varieties of Board and ALCO meeting, to be maintained monthly
Manage risk control documentation with internal governance team(s)
Monitor Secondary trading activity
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications *
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
1-3 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners or broad Bank experience.
Capital Markets, Bank operating, Secondary Marketing, Origination, Servicing, Product Guidelines and knowledge of secondary marketing investors/liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform.
Additional Qualifications
Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank.
Risk Management
Risk control and internal audit
Transaction Management
Financial reporting

Starting base salary: $53,955 - $86,177 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
